I ordered a 24V 3kW
Mecer Inverter and two Omnipower 120Ah batteries together with cable and
lugs from https://hybridenergywarehouse.co.za I was contacted by Michael and assured that
my order will be dispatched immediately. The batteries was not in stock
but was couriered to me directly from Johannesburg. I ordered on
Monday, and had everything delivered by Friday. Delivery...

I WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR SITE AS
IT IS EASY TO USE AND YOU HAVE A NICE RANGE OF PRODUCT. HOWEVER, THE
PURCHASING EXPERIENCE WAS IMPERSONAL AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A RESPONSE
TO MY ENQUIREY TICKET ON 27 SEPTEMBER ON WHICH I WAS GOING TO MAKE MY
PURCHASE DECISION. I THEN PHONED AND THE PERSON ASSISTING ME WAS
FRIENDLY ENOUGH, BUT WASN'T ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS WHICH WERE BASIC
PRODUCT RELATED QUESTIONS. I SUBSEQUENTLY JUST MADE THE PURCHASE ON 26
OCT. THERE WAS CONFUSION WITH THE ORDER AND I HAD THE TRANSPORT COMPANY
REQUESTING DETAILS FROM ME TO HAVE THE PANELS RELEASED, SO I THEN MAILED
YOUR TEAM TO ASSIST AND RECIEIVED NO RESPONSE, HOWEVER THE PANELS
ARRIVED ON 1 NOV AND THE BALANCE OF THE ORDER ARRIVED ON 3 NOV. I AM
NOT FAMILIAR WITH THESE PRODUCTS WHICH IS WHY I WAS HOPING FOR SOME
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, BUT I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
AND I HOPE IT IS EFFECTIVE.

Received my battery order within
a few days, and subsequent technical questions about the batteries were
answered competently by their technician.

Even though I had to return the
product I bought (my own fault) the time, effort and professionalism
shown by Michael to have my issue resolved was far & beyond!

I was so happy with the first
delivery that I ordered anoter set to make comfort during Loadshedding.
Both packages arrived on time and in good condition. 75% implementation
done and it works very well. Thank you.

I received all my packages in
good standing and well packed, though the only issue is the courier
service they choose for you is very slow and hard to contact. I advise
if you need a consistent response and tracking, use your own courier to
pick up yohr stuff. Either than that my panel and connectors with
cabbles all were delivered after 3 working days.

Michael and the team always follow
through, in an industry where you cannot find people who stand by their
word and or work it is refreshing to deal with Hybrid Solar .

Friendly people where I like to
shop. Unfortunately or due to the current situation (load shedding)
quite a few items are sold out. As an Amazon or e-Bay shopper from
Europe it is quite an unusual expierience. If you collect your purchase
or let it delivered by a courier both works well.

Hybrid Solar had what I needed at
a fair price and it got to me in reasonable time. The store worked
smoothly and the updates were clear and I knew what to expect.
